Primary process. Complex flavors: dark chocolate, dried fruit, savory notes unique to Toraja terroir. Distinct from Sumatra Arabicas — higher altitude gives more complexity.
Available from select Toraja cooperatives. Cleaner, brighter — shows fruit and floral character often absent in Wet-Hulled lots. SCA 84–86 available.
