50% T/T deposit confirms your order. We prepare the lot, mill, sort, bag, and arrange container booking.

What is the minimum order for Indonesian green coffee?
Minimum order is 100 kg per origin for commercial orders shipped as LCL (Less than Container Load). For a full container (FCL), volume is typically 17,000–19,000 kg depending on the bag type and stuffing. For sampling, we offer 5–10 kg trial lots.
Can I buy different origins in one shipment?
Yes. Multiple origins that ship from the same port (e.g., Gayo + Mandheling, both FOB Belawan) can be consolidated in one container. Origins from different ports (e.g., Toraja from Makassar + Gayo from Belawan) require separate Bills of Lading or transshipment consolidation — we handle this logistics on your behalf.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / bank wire) as the primary payment method. For larger orders from established buyers, we can discuss Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight. We do not accept PayPal or credit card for commercial orders. Contact us to discuss payment terms for your first order.
Do you export organic certified green coffee?
Yes — EU Organic and USDA Organic certified Gayo Arabica is available. Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance certified lots also available depending on season. Provide your certification requirements when inquiring and we will confirm availability of certified lots.
