Not the cheapest. Not the biggest. But the most professional — and the one that delivers exactly what was promised.
Every Indonesian exporter says they're "quality" and "professional." Here's the specific difference.
Every bulk shipment is graded by a certified Q-Grader before dispatch. You receive a full SCA cupping score, flavor notes, defect count, moisture %, and screen size. Not a generic spec sheet — a lot-specific cupping report.
We ship 200–500g cupping samples to anywhere in the world before any bulk order. No pressure. Cup it in your own lab. If it doesn't match, don't order. If the bulk doesn't match the sample, we replace it or refund.
We accept irrevocable L/C for all orders. All export documents are presented to the nominated bank within L/C validity with zero discrepancies — every time. For first-time orders with a new supplier, L/C is the safest payment method.
Every inquiry receives a response within 2 business hours (WIB, UTC+7), Monday–Saturday. FOB price quotation within 24 hours. No auto-replies. No waiting weeks. Real answers from the export team.
Phytosanitary Certificate, ICO Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and any required organic or fair trade transaction certificates — all ready and reviewed before loading commences.
Gayo Arabica, Mandheling, Toraja, Flores, Bali Kintamani, Lampung Robusta, Java Robusta — all from direct farm relationships. USDA Organic, EU Organic, Halal MUI, Fairtrade, and Rainforest Alliance certifications available on request.
Specialty and organic lots are packed in GrainPro super-bags inside standard jute sacks. This prevents moisture exchange and oxidation during the 20–45 day ocean transit. Your coffee arrives in the same condition it was packed.
We quote FOB Belawan (Medan), FOB Tanjung Priok (Jakarta), or FOB Tanjung Perak (Surabaya) depending on origin. Price includes export duty, PNBP, and all local charges. The price in the proforma is the price on the B/L.
We've talked to buyers who switched to us after bad experiences elsewhere. This is what they told us was missing.
