Our standard term. Price includes all export costs up to loading on the vessel at the Indonesian port. Buyer arranges freight and insurance onward.

Cost, Insurance, Freight
We arrange and pay freight and insurance to your destination port. Price is higher but simpler for buyers who prefer a single landed cost.
CFR
Cost & Freight
We pay ocean freight to destination port; buyer arranges cargo insurance. Good middle option between FOB and CIF.
EXW
Ex-Works
Available for buyers with their own Indonesia-based freight forwarder. Price quoted from our warehouse; buyer handles all logistics and export documentation.

Our Export Process — Step by Step

Inquiry & Quotation (Day 1–2) Send us your requirements via WhatsApp or email — origin, grade, volume, incoterm, destination port. We respond with availability and FOB/CIF pricing within 24 hours.

Sample (Optional, Day 3–10) Request a 5–10 kg pre-shipment sample to cup and assess quality before committing. We ship samples by air courier (DHL/FedEx) to any address worldwide.

Order Confirmation & Deposit (Day 7–14) Once agreed, we issue a Proforma Invoice. Buyer pays 30% deposit via T/T. We begin lot selection and preparation at origin.

Quality Control & Packing (Day 7–20) Green coffee is hand-sorted, moisture-tested (target 11–12.5%), graded, and packed in 60 kg jute bags (with GrainPro liner for specialty lots). We provide full quality data sheet.

Export Documentation (Day 14–21) We prepare all required documents: Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin (ICO Form), Health Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading.

Shipment & Tracking (Day 21+) Container is loaded and sealed at port. We send you the B/L and all documents. Balance payment (70%) due before B/L release. We provide vessel tracking and ETA updates throughout transit.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for export?
Our commercial MOQ is 500 kg per origin. For new buyers, we offer sample orders of 5–10 kg by air courier before committing to a full commercial order. A standard 20-foot container holds approximately 18,000 kg in 60 kg jute bags.
What export documents come with every shipment?
Every shipment includes: Phytosanitary Certificate (BKP), Certificate of Origin Form ICO (Kemendag), Health Certificate (BPOM), Fumigation Certificate, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Weight. Halal Certificate available on request.
Can you ship less than a full container (LCL)?
Yes. Orders from 500 kg up to ~17,000 kg ship via LCL (Less than Container Load) consolidated through our freight partners. FCL (20ft full container) is from ~18,000 kg.
What are your payment terms for export orders?
Standard terms: 30% deposit by T/T (bank wire) to confirm the order, 70% balance payment before we release the Bill of Lading. Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) is accepted for orders above 5,000 kg.
